1.About these terms

This website is run by Sixtynine Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 14947964), trading as The Pack Horse, 4 Lincoln Road, Northborough, Peterborough PE6 9BL. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time, so it is worth looking at this page again when you come back.

2.Using the site

You are welcome to look at our pages, print them and share links to them for your own personal use.

Please do not misuse the site: no attempting to break into it, no automated scraping that puts a load on it, no using the contact form to send bulk or abusive messages, and no copying our pages for your own commercial use without asking.

3.Menus, prices and what is on

We keep the menus, prices and events on this site as current as we can, and they are taken from our own menus and listings. Even so, dishes sell out, suppliers change, prices go up and events occasionally have to move or be cancelled.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a particular price. The menu and the prices in the pub on the day are the ones that apply. If you are travelling for something specific, please ring us first and we will tell you where we stand.

4.Allergens and dietary requirements

Most of our menu is gluten free and we mark dishes on this site as a guide only. Recipes and suppliers change, and our kitchen is not a separate allergen-free environment, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of an allergen.

If you have an allergy, an intolerance or any dietary requirement, please tell a member of staff when you order rather than relying on this website. They will check the current ingredients with the kitchen for you.

5.Bookings

You cannot book a table through this website. Bookings are taken by phone or text on 01733 913155, on WhatsApp, or by email, and a booking is only made once we have confirmed it back to you.

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please let us know as soon as you can, particularly for larger tables and for Sundays.

6.Gift vouchers

Our gift vouchers are sold and fulfilled by GiftPro on their own website. When you buy one you are contracting with them, and their terms, their refund policy and their privacy policy apply to that purchase.

The voucher itself is redeemed with us, in the pub, on the terms printed on it.

7.What you send us

When you send us a message through the contact form, please make sure what you send is accurate and is yours to send. Do not send anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may need to keep a record of correspondence, and we handle it as set out in our privacy policy.

8.Our words and pictures

The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to us or to the people who made them for us, and they are protected by copyright.

The historical material on our history page is drawn from published sources, which are credited and linked at the foot of that page. Those sources remain the property of whoever published them.

9.Links

We link out to other websites, including GiftPro, our social media pages, mapping services and local walking and history organisations. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.

You are welcome to link to our homepage or to any of our pages, as long as you do it in a way that is fair and does not suggest we endorse you.

10.Availability of the site

We do not promise that this website will always be available or free of faults. We may need to suspend or change it, and we will not be liable to you if it is unavailable at any time.

11.Our responsibility to you

We take care over the information on this site, but we provide it for general information and we do not give any warranty that it is complete or up to date.

We are not liable for any loss arising from relying on the content of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law. Your rights as a consumer are unaffected.

12.Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them comes under the courts of England and Wales.
